Now that our home is completed, we have moved in, settled down and have had time to begin to truly enjoy it, we want to attempt to express our appreciation and thanks for your efforts in designing the home, observing its construction, and reviewing the progress and change order payments.
Considering what we wanted to have in the home, all the pictures and personal desire “wish lists” which we gave you, and the fact that we reviewed most of the preliminary drawings and initial working drawings while we were in the Pacific Northwest, the result has been truly outstanding.
Your calm, considerate, thoughtful and reasoned approach to the design, your artistic abilities and sense of proportion, and especially your considerate and deliberate process was greatly appreciated. And the outstanding results that have been achieved in its execution show! The comments of our friends are outstanding.
The resultant house is an amazing thing of beauty. As the plans progressed we knew we had selected the architect that suited our needs. But more important, we knew that you had the ability and temperament to give us what we wanted, at minimal cost, at high quality and with personal and sensitive treatment. You handled the unexpected difficulties with the County with dispatch, to the end that the result is even better than the original design.
